Valuation Services Offered: Commercial real estate appraisal and consultation services for property owners, property managers, attorneys, estate trustees, governmental agencies, lenders and developers.
Brief History: Real estate appraiser since 1986. Started as a residential appraiser before moving into commercial appraisal. Other professional experience includes active duty in the U.S. Army, stock brokerage, loan representative. Undergraduate in Finance and a Master of Science in Business Administration.
Geographic Areas Covered: Primarily San Francisco Bay Area counties including San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Solano, Alameda, and Contra Costa. Large or complex assignments are accepted outside of the Bay Area anywhere in California.
Acquisition Services: Experience with government agency negotiations for the acquisition of rights of way including easements, temporary construction easements, full and partial takings.
Professional Associations: Member Appraisal Institute, currently Chair of the Newsletter Committee for the NorCal Chapter of the Appraisal Institute
Fees: Negotiated on an assignment-by-assignment basis.
